Ingredients: Organic
turmeric root, ginger root, garlic, lemon fruits.
Preparation: Wash 25 pieces small or 13 pieces large fresh
organic turmeric root, get 3 inches of ginger root, bulb of garlic (preferable the native) peel
and crush two organic lemons get the juice in a separate cup.
Grate the
turmeric and ginger together. Get and boil 3 cups of distilled water. Add
turmeric, ginger and garlic. Turn off heat and add the lemon juice in
them. Cover and infuse/steep for 15
minutes, allow it to be cooled.
Dosage: Take 1 cup, 3 times daily. This drink rebuilds
immunity and is the best when it comes to anti-inflammatory remedy. It is
proven effective for cold fever, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, malaria, etc.
