Nigeria has been in talks with the World Bank about financing for the P-WASH (Plan – Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Action Plan.

Clergyman of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu, made the exposure while addressing writers in Abuja during the Ministry's honor service the Guardian reports.
