Man cries after eating meal cooked by girlfriend for 15,000 naira
A Nigerian man angrily complains as he demonstrates a pot of jollof rice that his girlfriend allegedly made for him for 15,000 naira, despite the fact that he has a bag of uncooked rice at home.
The angry man took to social media to air his grievances, revealing that he had asked his partner to make him jollof rice in a pot.
He revealed that he had paid her 15,000 naira and already had uncooked rice at home.
He did not like what she had made, so he picked up the pot and angrily complained.
He believed that she had prepared the rice with some of the money and spent the rest on her personal belongings.
In Sports, James Anderson ended his legendary international career with England's crushing victory over the West Indies in the first Test at Lord's.
Anderson, England's all-time leading wicket-taker, took one of four wickets that fell on the third morning as the hosts completed their innings and won by 114 runs.
On a somber day at the home of cricket, the 41-year-old Anderson was given a guard of honour by both teams and was visibly moved by the standing ovation he received from the expectant crowd.
The result was already in little doubt when the West Indies were reduced to 79 for 6 on the second evening, with 171 needed to put England back in bat.
Anderson bowled the first full over of the day and was on strike with his second, but was caught behind by Joshua da Silva. Gus Atkinson held Alzarri Joseph at long leg to become the first English bowler since 1976 to take 10 wickets on Test debut, then bowled the onrushing Shamar Joseph.
The stage was set for Anderson, but he missed a chance to catch and bowl Gudakesh Mottier and somehow missed the chance for a fairytale finale.
Instead, Jayden Shields was caught at deep square leg, giving Atkinson the final say, leaving the West Indies for 136. This gave Atkinson 5-61 in the second innings and 12-106 for the match, the best figures by an England debutant in 134 years.
The win ended England's four-match losing streak in Tests and gave them a 1-0 lead in the third series. Anderson joined England's coaching team with immediate effect as bowling leader for the second Test at Trent Bridge, which begins on Thursday.
